Ingredients:
Pasta (option)
Soy sauce
Sweetener (honey, agave, or maple syrup)
Chili flakes/powder
Cornstarch
Rice vinegar or lemon juice
Sauce:
½ cup of water
4 Tbsp of soy sauce
2 Tbsp of sweetener (honey, agave, or maple syrup)
½ Tbsp of tahini/peanut butter
½ Tsp chili flakes/powder
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp rice vinegar/lemon juice
Directions:
Combine sauce ingredients in a blender.
Boil the pasta.
When it is finally cooked, strain the pasta.
Mix the sauce into the pasta in a pot.
Add toppings of your choice!
(vegetables, sesame seeds, spices, etc.)
Enjoy!
